At Locket Loves, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your activewear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
